ANALISA POSTUR KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) PADA PROSES PENGUPASAN SABUT BUAH KELAPA TUA DI DESA SALEK MULYA KECAMATAN AIR SALEK KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
This study aims to analyze and assess body posture when stripping old coconut husks and work risks based on the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) score. In this study, 3 subjects were studied, namely the first male worker aged 41 years, the second worker aged 40 years who had experience and the third worker who was a novice aged 22 years. The results of calculating the body mass index obtained from 3 subjects, namely worker 1 has an ideal BMI classification, then worker 2 has an underweight BMI classification and worker 3 (beginner) has an obese BMI classification I. Based on the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire data there is a similarity body pain between worker 1, worker 2 and worker 3. There are also differences, like worker 1, which is very painful in the right hand, worker 2 is very painful in the right wrist and worker 3 is very sick in both parts. The results of the Rapid Entire Body Assessment method of the three workers have a REBA score level, namely for worker 1 and worker 2 have a REBA score of 7 which is a moderate risk level, while worker 3 has a REBA score of 9 which is a high risk level.
