Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are one of the organisms that play a role in the reclamation process of post-mining areas. Research on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi spores around the Melastoma malabatricum plant on ex-mining land in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province was conducted to determine the genus of AMF spores that grow in the area. This study used the method of taking soil around the Melastoma malabatricum plant. The data generated from this research is qualitative, namely identification related to the genus of AMF spores found in ex- tin mining areas. Based on the research that has been done, the genera of AMF spores found on ex-mining land in the research area are Glomus sp., Acaulospora sp., Paraglomus sp., Rhizophagus sp., Gigaspora sp., and Funneliformes sp.. The ability of AMF spores to grow in the area This is influenced by the high adaptability to extreme environmental conditions. Keywords: Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (FMA), Melastoma malabatricum, ex mining land
