Land Registration is basically defined as an obligation for all legal subjects who has ownership to plot of land, including under age children. The purpose and benefit of this research is to analyze the process of registering land titles made on behalf of minors at the Ministry of ATR / BPN and obstacles in the implementation of land registration on behalf of minors related to guardianship. The results of this research are addressed to all Indonesian people who are useful for deepening knowledge, especially land law. The type of research in this study is empirical research in which research is conducted by obtaining data conducted through interviews and observations of Notaries / PPATs in Palembang city. Using secondary data in the form of literature and official documents such as books related to this research, scientific papers and journals related to this research and information quoted from the internet. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Based on what has been researched, the author can draw conclusions, namely the process of registering land for minors must go through the mechanism of determining the District Court by first asking for recommendations at the BHP and obstacles in the implementation related to guardianship are time and costs that are not small.
