PENDUGAAN SERAPAN KARBON TEGAKAN BLANGERAN DI DEMPLOT RESTORASI GAMBUT TERBAKAR DAN TIDAK TERBAKAR DI SEPUCUK KAYU AGUNG OGAN KOMERING ILIR
This research aims to calculate the rate of biomass development and carbon storage in burned and unburned land conditions on peat restoration land. This research was carried out in Sempu Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra from January 2023 to February 2023. The results of the research for blangeran plant vegetation with unburned land conditions had the highest carbon value of 8.53 kg/tree and the lowest biomass value of 5.00 kg/tree. Meanwhile, for burnt land conditions, the highest value for blangeran vegetation was 5.68 kg and the lowest biomass value was 4.67 kg/tree. Biomass value per hectare for unburned land is 10,7 ton/ha and burned land is 7,1 ton/ha. Based on the calculation results, it shows that there has been an increase in unburned land compared to post-burned land. This is due to the conditions of the growing place where the amount of carbon value is influenced by the amount of plant biomass which will influence the growth of biomass which is able to absorb carbon content.
