Non tidal swamp is a soil with a high level of acidity and low nutrient availability, non tidal swamp soil in Laboraturium of the soil Departement of the Faculty of Agriculture has a pH of 4.83. Increasing soil pH is done by adding ecoenzymes and compost because both types of organic fertilizers used in this study contain the same microorganisms. Microorganisms have an important role in improving soil properties. Plants with good physical, chemical and biological properties conditions are able to support plant growth to be optimal. This research was carried out in the Greenhouse of the Department of Soil, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. This research was conducted from October 2022 to February 2023. This research method uses Factorial Complete Randomized Design (RALF) with 2 levels of treatment, each treatment is repeated 3 times so that 27 experimental units are obtained. This study aims to identify Fe uptake in Chaya plants (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) due to ecoenzin and compost in lebak swamp soil , Get the best dose of ecoenzin and compost against Fe uptake in Chaya plants (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) which is planted on lebak swampland. The results of this study showed that the addition of compost can increase the content of C-organic a rise in the soil, while the addition of ecoenzymes does not have a noticeable effect on the uptake of Fe, C-organic, stem wrap and root length of chaya plants (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius).
