SISTEM HIDROPONIK MENGGUNAKAN SUMBER LAMPU LED GROW LIGHT 2×4 WATT DENGAN PENGATUR KELEMBABAN OTOMATIS PADA PRODUKSI SELADA (Lactuca sativa L.)
This study aims to determine the effect of irradiation time using LED grow light lamps with automatic humidity control on lettuce production using a hydroponic system. The research was carried out from January 19, 2023, to February 22, 2023, at the Laboratory of Agricultural Energy Biosystems and Drafting, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University and Permata Indralaya Hydroponics. The research method used is experimental data presented in the form of pictures and tables. This study used two treatments and one control, namely for treatment (A) irradiation using LED grow light for 16 hours, treatment (B) irradiation using LED grow light for 20 hours, and for control (C) irradiation time 12 hours (in the greenhouse). The parameters observed in this study consisted of the main parameters and supporting parameters. The main parameters consist of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf width (cm), power requirement (watt), electrical energy (kWh), plant fresh weight (g), and humidity (% RH). While the supporting parameters consist of temperature (℃), light intensity (Lux), Measurement of Solution pH, EC (μS/cm), and TDS (ppm). Automatic humidity in this study was regulated by a humidifier that was installed to optimize the humidity in the box according to the optimal humidity of the lettuce plants. The productivity results of lettuce plants in treatment (A) were greater, namely 2,50 tons/ha than treatment (B), which was 1,71 tons/ha, while control plants (C) had the best productivity results from treatments (A) and (B). namely 17.82 tons/ha.
