ANALISIS PEMASARAN SAYURAN DI DESA SERI BANDING KECAMATAN PEMULUTAN BARAT KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Marketing is the process of moving agricultural products from producers to consumers. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the marketing channel for vegetables in Seri Banding Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. (2) Analyzing marketing margin, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency of vegetables in Seri Banding Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, and (3) Analyzing the magnitude of the elasticity of transmission of vegetable prices at the consumer level to farmer-level vegetable prices in Seri Banding Village, Pemulutan Barat District Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Seri Banding Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Data collection was carried out in December 2020. This study took 34 samples from 136 populations. Determination of this sample using the slovin formula. Collecting data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that in Seri Banding Village there were four marketing channels for vegetables. The average marketing channel has a low marketing margin, namely the average chili marketing margin for each marketing channel is Rp3.138,02, the average cucumber marketing margin is Rp1.044,79 and the average long bean marketing margin is Rp1.210,94. The average farmer's share of vegetable farming in Seri Banding Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency has a percentage above 50 percent and a marketing efficiency value of ≤ 50 percent, which means that the marketing of vegetables in Seri Banding Village can be said to be efficient. The price transmission elasticity of chilies in this study obtained the value of Et = 0,467. Cucumber obtained Et = 1,776 and long bean price transmission elasticity obtained Et = 0,651.
