PENERAPAN PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR LARI CEPAT 100 METER SMP AZZAWIYAH TANJUNG BATU
This study aims to determine the effect of the application of traditional games on learning outcomes sprint 100 meters SMP Azzawiyah Tanjung Batu. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasy experimental method with a pretest-posttest one group design. This independent variable is a traditional game which amounts to 5 namely fortification, balance, ubaran, football tekong, abri police. This dependent variable is the result of sprinting 100 meters. The population of this study were 7th grade students who attended SMP Azzawiyah. The instrument used is the 100 meter sprint test. After being given 4 weeks of exercise with a frequency of exercise 2 times a week. Based on the results of this study, the application of traditional games has an effect on the learning outcomes of the 100 meter sprint. This is proven based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-Test with the help of SPSS version 29 obtained a significance value of 0.001
