Career maturity is a state where a person has readiness, responsibility, and feels satisfaction in living it. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that aims to determine the level of career maturity of class XII UPT SMA Negeri 1 Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan students. The study population was all XII grade students totalling 244 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with an error limit of 5%, so 151 students were obtained as samples. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of a career maturity questionnaire consisting of four aspects of career maturity, namely: planning, exploration, information competence, and decision making. The preparation of this research questionnaire uses a Likert scale with five measurement options, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, disagree, strongly disagree. Based on the research data on the level of career maturity of class XII UPT students of SMA Negeri 1 OKU Selatan, it shows that 71% have a level of career maturity categorised as quite mature, 15% have a level of career maturity categorised as very mature, and 15% have a level of career maturity categorised as less mature. This means that the overall research sample illustrates that the level of career maturity of class XII UPT SMA Negeri 1 OKU Selatan students is in the moderately mature category. So it can be concluded that class XII UPT students of SMA Negeri 1 Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan have career maturity. Keywords: Career, Career Maturity, Adolescent
