This research of the title is "the socio-economic development of employees in the company of PT. Gunung Madu Plantations in the sub-district of Terusan Nunyai, Regency of Central Lampung, Province Lampung, of the year 2005-2019" The aim of this research to know how is the socio-economic development of employees in the company of PT. Gunung Madu Plantations and the factors that influence of the development company of PT. Gunung Madu Plantations in the district of Terusan Nunyai Regency of Central Lampung. The research use the historical method and process to collect information trough of literature study, documentation and interview. The result of this research is explain that socio-economic development can show of the good interaction between company of GMP and employees through CSR program, scolarship, infrastructure such as medical center, sports center and worship facilities can help employees to increase socio-economic society. There are factors that influence development of gmp such as equipment, production until distribution so that increase the characteristic of employees and the others.
