Ergonomics occupational health and safety (OHS) in during the welding process is an effort to reduce the risk of work accidents is very influential for workers. The purpose of this study was to find out about the level of ergonomic risk in the welding process.Ergonomics in its scope includes technology, anthropometry, and design, as well as correct and precise work positioning. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with direct measurement of workers with the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, observation and in-depth interviews. From the results of this study it is known that the results of the analysis on the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, previous welding workers experienced complaints, especially in the arms and neck area up due to the welding process, with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). And self-awareness must be increased on the importance of using (PPE) when carrying out the welding process to reduce the occurrence of work accidents
