River is the place and the Container and also water drainage networks ranging from the spring to the estuary with restricted right and left and also up streaming along the lines sempada. One of the main river in South Sumatra is enim river. Recorded on 23 January 2016 floods occurred in the estuary enim that flooded the area around suangai enim. The purpose of this study was to determine the flow profile Enim River during times of peak discharge by using HEC-RAS so it will be known flow profile of the river flooded so it still in safe condition. Peak discharge meant here is a runoff discharge ffom the maximum precipitation intensity discharge along with baseflow. The method used to determine the runoff discharge is Nakayasu method with the results obtained at 762.89 m3 / sec, while the baseflow discharge used to determine how to direct measurement in the field and the results obtained for 73.115 m3 / sec. On the results of the modeling using HEC-RAS for a period of 10 years seen that partially of the flow profile along the channel of the river were flooded. To ensure that the analysis conducted by HEC-RAS true then do control with manual calculations by Standard Step Method. The basic principle in the Standard calculation method step is to develop the energy equation of the analysis results obtained and determine selisis error. After the energy equation fit then do a comparison calculation of elevation between HEC-RAS with the Standard calculation step method and the results of the calculation of the difference of 0.85%. In addition to the comparison of elevation, in can also elevation and water level at each cross-section, and can be a maximum height of the HEC-RAS by 3.55 m at the STA 10, while the highest elevation of 6,55 m on the STA step 3. In the Standard calculation method STA contained in the maximum height of 3.52 m 3, while the highest elevation occurred in STA 3 by 6.52 m.
