The objectives of this to study was to study the effect of maggot BSF flour (Hermetia illucens) addition on Peking Duck ration to live weight, carcass percentage and intestines length of Peking Duck. This study was held on July to September 2021 in Animal Farm Laboratory of Animal Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sriwijaya. Twenty (20) rectangled bateray cages were applied to this study from daily old duck (DOD) to 7 week old duck. Completely randomized design with 5 treatments of maggot BSF flour addition to Peking Duck ration; P0 (control ration) Ransum Kontrol), P1 (5% addition maggot BSF flour), P2 (10% addition maggot BSF flour), P3 (15% addition maggot BSF flour), P4 (20% addition maggot BSF flour) and 4 replication per treatment. Observed parameters were live weight, carcass percentage and intestine length. The results showed that maggot BSF flour can be added to ration up to 20% since it has similar performance compare to control. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tepung maggot BSF (Hermetia illucens) terhadap bobot hidup, persentase karkas, dan panjang usus itik Peking. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai bulan September 2021 yang dilaksanakan di Kandang Percobaan Unggas Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya. Kandang yang digunakan yaitu jenis kandang baterai berbentuk petak berjumlah 20 buah. Penelitian ini menggunakan ternak Itik Peking berumur 1 hari. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dengan penggunaan pakan tepung maggot yang dicampurkan dalam ransum yaitu: P0 (Ransum Kontrol), P1 (Penambahan 5% tepung maggot dalam ransum), P2 (Penambahan 10% tepung maggot dalam ransum), P3 (Penambahan 15% tepung maggot dalam ransum), P4 (Penambahan 20% tepung maggot dalam ransum). Parameter yang diamati adalah bobot hidup badan itik, persentase karkas, dan panjang usus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah maggot dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pakan untuk ternak itik sampai dengan 20% selama pemeliharaan 7 minggu karena dapat menghasilkan bobot hidup, persentase karkas, dan panjang usus yang hampir sama dengan itik yang diberi pakan komersil.
