This study aims to find out information about the morphological structure and anatomical structure of the Guava Tangkalak plant (Belucia pentamera Naudin). This study used a descriptive method to describe the morphological and anatomical structure of the Guava Tangkalak plant (Bellucia pentamera Naudin). Morphological research was carried out in Bentayan Village and anatomical observations were carried out in the Biology Education Laboratory, Faculty of Teaching and Education, Sriwijaya University. Morphological parameters include the organs of roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits as well as anatomy including the type of tissue and the characteristics of the tissues that make up the organs of the stem and leaves. The results showed a taproot with a brownish yellow color. The stem is woody, rounded, smooth and grooved. Stemmed leaves, oval, rounded, tapered tip, finely serrated edges, curved and pinnate bones and green in color. Complete flower, hermaphrodite, radially symmetrical, cauliflorous. Buni fruit, many seeds, persistent sepals and yellow. The anatomy of a stem is composed of tissues from outside to inside, namely epidermis, cortex, phloem, cambium, xylem, and pith. The anatomy of a leaf, the arrangement of the tissues from outside to inside is the cuticle, upper epidermis, palisade parenchyma, spongy parenchyma, and lower epidermis. The number of layers varies and the cell shape is mostly polyhedral. The results of this study can be used as a learning resource which is made into booklet form.
