This study aims to measure the level of dynamics of farmer groups, measure the level of participation participating in the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) program and analyze the relationship of farmer group dynamics with the level of participation of farmers participating in the Rural Agribusiness Enterprise Development (PUAP) program. This research was carried out at the Suka Mulya Village in August 2018 to completion. The research method used was the survey method to obtain an overview of the relationship between the dynamics of farmer groups and the level of participation of farmers who participated in the PUAP program in farming for 6 farmer groups. From each farm, 4 farmers were taken so that the total number of research subjects was 24 people. The sampling method used is proportionate startified random sampling method for all members of the farmer group. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data, primary data through direct interviews with farmer samples using a questionnaire (questionnaire) while secondary data is obtained from the Head of Gapoktan, Agricultural Extension Agency and other relevant agencies. The results showed that the dynamics of farmer groups were included in the high criteria with each score in the Pure Grow farmer group with a score of 33.75, the Sidomulyo Farmer Group with a score of 34.25, the Sidodadi Farmer Group with a score of 33.75 , Rejosari Farmers Group with a score of 35.75, Cahaya Ternak Farmers Group with a score of 33.00 and a Women's Farmer Group with a score of 33.00, this shows that all farmer groups are very dynamic because there are good interactions between members with one another. While the level of participation of farmers participating in the PUAP program is included in the high category with the scores of each Pure Grow Farmer Group with a score of 34.50, Sidomulyo Farmer Group with a score of 32.25, Sidodadi Farmer Group with a score of 33.25 , Rejosari Farmers Group with a score of 35.5, Cahaya Ternak Farmers Group with a score of 31.00, and a Women's Farmer Group with a score of 33.00.
