The aim of this study was to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from durian (Durio zibethinus) skin on the growth and production of pakcoy (Brasicca rapa L). This research was conducted from October to December 2022 on land located in Air Batu Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra (2°54'44.1"S 104°37'33.4"E). This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 3 replications and two factors namely; 1) NPK fertilizer with 2 levels of treatment, K1 = 3 g/polybag and K2 = 6 g/polybag; 2) Liquid organic fertilizer of durian skin waste with 4 treatment levels, D0 = Control, D1 = 25 ml/polybag, D2 = 50 ml/polybag, D3 = 75 ml/polybag. Observation data were analyzed by using of analysis of variance and continued with the 5% LSD test. The results showed that the liquid organic fertilizer of durian skin waste with dose of 50 ml/polybag (D2) was the best threatment. NPK fertilizer with a dose of 6 g/polybag (K2) was better than the dose of 3 g/polybag. Application of liquid organic fertilizer of durian skin waste could not yet reduce the use of NPK fertilizer for pakcoy production.
