ANALISIS PEMASARAN BAHAN OLAHAN KARET (BOKAR) DI DESA KOTA BARU KECAMATAN PENUKAL UTARA KABUPATEN PENUKAL ABAB LEMATANG ILIR
The aims of this study were (1) to describe the transaction mechanism for bokar marketing from farmers to factories in Kota Baru Village, (2) to analyze marketing margins, marketing costs, marketing profits, farmer's share and rubber marketing efficiency that occurs in marketing channels in New Town Village. This research was conducted in Kota Village, Penukal Utara District, Penukal Abab Regency, Lematang Ilir, South Sumatra. The choice of this location was made deliberately with the consideration that in Kota Baru Village the majority of rubber farmers have livelihoods and want to find out more about rubber marketing. Where after it was discovered that no one had conducted research related to rubber marketing in the village. Data collection was carried out from October to November 2022. The research method used was a survey method and the sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of the analysis of rubber marketing show that there is only one marketing channel in Kota Baru Village. The rubber marketing channel in Kota Baru Village has a total wholesale marketing cost of IDR 2,051.87/Kg while the total marketing margin is IDR 6,954.00/Kg and the total marketing profit earned by traders is IDR. 5,402.13/Kg, Farmer's share in marketing is 55.25% and Efficiency in marketing processed rubber materials in Kota Baru Village on marketing channels is 13.20%.
