This study aims to describe the understanding of cognitive, effective, and cognitive attitudes of SD Negeri 4 teachers in Karang Agaung Village, Abab District, Pebukal Abab Lematang ILir (PALI) Regency. This research was carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the attitude of elementary school teachers towards problem-based learning was divided into three cognitive, effective, and cognitive aspects belonging to the category where there was no difference between the three aspects as seen from the teacher questionnaire, which consisted of 9 people consisting of 3 boys and 6 girls. Judging from the cognitive average score of 25.92, effective 30.82, and conative 31.02 from the total of the three aspects the average value is 88.19. Thus, as a whole, the questionnaire data for teachers of SD Negeri 4 Karang Agung Village, Abab District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) district showed no significant differences from the three aspects.
