The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer doses from tofu waste water on the growth of pepper plant cuttings. This research was conducted from December to April 2023 in the Keramat Village, Rangkui District, Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands. This study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 factors, namely the type of planting material and the dosage of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu wastewater. The first factor is the type of planting material used which consists of two treatment levels, namely R1 = 1 planting segment and R2 = 2 planting segments. The second factor was the dosage of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste water which consisted of 5 treatment levels, namely L1 = dose of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste water 0%, L2 = dose of organic fertilizer from tofu waste water at 5%, L3 = dose of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste water. 7.5%, and L4 = dose of 10% tofu waste water liquid organic fertilizer, L5 = 12% dose of liquid organic fertilizer tofu waste water. The total treatment consisted of 10 treatment combinations with 3 replications and each replication had 3 plants, so there were 90 experimental units. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with the 5% BNT test. The parameters observed in this study included the number of shoots, shoot length, shoot diameter, number of leaves, root length, root wet weight, root dry weight, shoot wet weight, and shoot dry weight. The results showed that the best use of cuttings planting material was in the treatment of two-node cuttings (R2) and the best application of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu wastewater was in the L4 treatment with a dose of 10%. The combination of the treatment of planting material and the application of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu wastewater had a significant effect on all observed variables
