This study aims to examine the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Kaiser Steel Industri Palembang Branch. The data used in this research is primary data with a sample of 58 employees using the cluster sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with a simple regression tool. The result of this research is that the Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is recommended for the PT Kaiser Steel Industry Palembang Branch to provide work motivation to employees so that they can encourage employee performance improvement.
