This study aims to analyze the added value and efficiency of the halal labeled chicken meat processed food industry in Palembang City. This study used primary data obtained from 15 producers who produced nuggets, sausages, and meatballs spread across Palembang City using interview techniques. The analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the average added value of the halal labeled chicken processing industry in Palembang City was Rp.58,010,400, and there were 33.33 percent of producers who obtained output values above the average output value. This means that the halal labeled chicken processing industry in Palembang City can be categorized quite well and the average efficiency value of the halal labeled chicken processing industry in Palembang City is 1.10, meaning that the processed food industry from the halal labeled chicken processing industry in Palembang City is classified as efficient.
