PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KECAMATAN LEMPUING
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of Lempuing district office employees. This study uses quantitative data with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study is the sample of respondents as many as 19 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis using the t test of internal and external factors it was concluded that the influence of work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. Then partially using the f test work motivation affects employee performance. This research is expected to be useful for employees in increasing the work motivation of employees at work so that with a high level of motivation it will encourage employee performance to be more optimal in contributing to the Lempuing sub-district office.
