This study aims to analyze the effect of providing incentives on employee performance of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Sako Kenten Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 32 people with the sampling method is saturated sample method. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant influence on employee performance PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Sako Kenten Palembang.
