Rice plants are one of the staple foods for the majority of Indonesians, but rice plants cannot be separated from the risks of natural disasters and uncertainty, so they often experience fluctuations in rice production and prices, which have an impact on income. The aims of this study are: (1) To analyze the risk level of lowland rice farming affected by floods in Tanjung Mas Village, Rantau Alai District, Ogan Ilir Regency; (2) to measure farmers' perceptions of the risks of lowland rice farming affected by floods in Tanjung Mas Village, Rantau Alai District, Ogan Ilir Regency; and (3) to cluster farmers against risk strategies in lowland rice farming affected by floods in Tanjung Mas Village, Rantau Alai District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Tanjung Mas Village, Rantau Alai District, and Ogan Ilir Regency. Location selection is done either purposefully or intentionally. The research was conducted from June 2023 to July 2023. The research method used in this research was a survey method by distributing questionnaires and conducting direct field interviews with quantitative analysis using a Likert scale and coefficient of variation (CV) as well as qualitative analysis. Sampling method using purposive sampling. From the results of this study, it can be explained that (1) The level of income risk, production risk, and price risk of lowland rice farming affected by flooding is a small risk. (2) Farmers' perceptions of the risk of paddy rice farming affected by floods in Tanjung Mas Village are included in the low criteria. (3) Farmers' clustering of risk strategies in lowland rice farming affected by floods in Tanjung Mas Village is mostly in cluster 1, which means that the risk strategy carried out by farmers in flood-affected lowland rice farming is very low.
