Poverty is still a major problem in the economy of both developing and developed countries. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of minimum wages, human development index, and unemployment on poverty in ASEAN-8. The data used in this research is secondary data for 2011-2020 sourced from the world bank and UNDP. This research was conducted using panel data regression with Random Effect Model (REM) estimation as the selected model. The results of this study indicate that the minimum wage variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty in ASEAN-8, and the human development index variable has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in ASEAN-8, meanwhile the unemployment variable has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in ASEAN-8.
