Musrenbang Program is a City Government infrastructure development that has not accommodated program by the local govemment fonds or other sources, and the implementation has done by PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk. using Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ftinds. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) need to be held and applied as an effort to achieve the program performance whose success can be measured and evaluated. This research goals are to design and verify the reliability of SOP of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk. Musrenbang Program implementation in Tegal Rejo Village, Muara Enim. Sampling was conducted on CSR unit of PT. Bukit Asam, Civil Engineering student, supervisory team, building committee, members of community about the development, and related agencies who were directly involved on Musrenbang Program implementation in Tegal Rejo Village development activities. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis method with a descriptive approach, quantitative analysis using the Likert Scale as the scoring system, and Alpha Cronbach Technique to test the reliability index. Respondents analysis of the SOP reliability results amounted to 45,9% strongly agree, 51,5% agree, 2,6% doubt, and 0% for disagree and strongly disagree. Reliability test showed a reliability coefficient (r u) ~ 1,13, which is said to be a reliable criteria of a research instrument, if r u > 0,6. Based on that results, the SOP draft is reliable to be used in the implementation of the Musrenbang Program in the Tegal Rejo village, Muara Enim.
