Swamp Lebak rice is a rice commodity that is widely cultivated in Indonesia, including South Sumatra. Swamp lebak rice farmers are the main occupation of the people of Sejangko I Village, Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The success of farmers in Sejangko I Village is of course influenced by many things, especially the role of the Association of Farmers Groups (Gapoktan). The aims of this study were (1) to identify the performance of the farmer group association or Gapoktan in Sejangko I Village, Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir District, (2) to identify the level of satisfaction of swamp rice farmers with the performance of the Farmer Group Association or Gapoktan in Sejangko I Village, Rantau Panjang District. Ogan Ilir Regency, (3) analyzing the relationship between the performance of the Farmer Group Association or Gapoktan and the level of satisfaction of farmer group members in Sejangko I Village, Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The time of the research was carried out from December 2022 until completion. The data collection method used a survey method through questionnaires and interviews with members of the farmer group who became respondents of 39 people where the farmers made a living as swamp rice farmers. The data processing method used was identification of Gapoktan performance, identification of the level of satisfaction of farmer group members, and analysis of the relationship between the performance of Gapoktan and the level of satisfaction of farmer group members using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results obtained from this study were (1) Gapoktan performance in Sejangko I Village, Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir District, the value is 75% and is included in the medium category, (2) The level of satisfaction of farmer group members with the performance of Gapoktan in Sejangko I Village, Rantau Pannjang District, Ogan Ilir Regency is valued at 74% and is included in the quite satisfied category, and (3) Based on the results of Spearman's rank test for the two variables, it was found that there was no positive relationship between the performance of Gapoktan and the satisfaction level of swamp rice farmers in Sejangko I Village, Rantau Pajang District, Ogan Ilir Regency.
