The household income of rice farmers from the agricultural sector and the non-agricultural sector is used to meet the needsof the household watershed which is grouped into food and non-food sectors. The call to stay at home and maintain social distancing has an impact on the work of people who interact with many people, so it also has an impact on people's daily income. The objectives of this study are: (1) Calculating the household income of rice farmers before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja District, East OKU Regency, (2) Analyzing changes in household consumption patterns of farmers before and during the covid-19 pandemi in Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja District, East OKU Regency. The method used is the survey method. This study was conducted in March 2022 with a total of 45 respondents. The data processing method uses mathematical calculations and is analyzed with a t-test (Paired Sample T-test). The results showed that household income in Rawasari Village, Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja District, East OKU Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic decreased by 22,44%, where the average household income before the COVID-19 pandemic was Rp20.256.422 down to Rp711.734 during the COVID-19 pandemic. There was a change in the total expenditure of household consumption in Rawasari Village, Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja District, East OKU Regency before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the expenditure on food consumption and non-food of farmer households increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that there are significant changes in consumption patterns and the level of welfare of farmer and non-farmer households in Rawasari Village, Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja District, East OKU Regency due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
