ANALISIS SKALA EKONOMI DAN EFISIENSI PADA INDUSTRI PRODUK ROTI DAN KUE (KBLI 10710) PERIODE 2000-2020 DI INDONESIA
This study aims to see the influence of production factors on output value, and see the condition of economic of scale in the bakery and pastry product industry in Indonesia and see the level of efficiency in production obtained by the industry. The data was used in the study using secondary data sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik in 2000-2020. Analytical techniques are used using multiple regression using Cobb-Douglass production functions and economies of scale. The results showed that simultaneous production factors variable costs of raw and auxiliary materials (X1), labor (X2), and fixed capital (X3) had a positive and significant effect on the value of output (Y). Partially, the cost of raw and auxiliary materials (X1), and labor (X2) has an effect and is significant on the value of output (Y), while fixed capital (X3) has an effect but not significant on the value of output (Y) in the industry. The economic scale test in the bakery and pastry product industry in Indonesia is in a condition of Increasing Return to Scale. The level of efficiency of the use of factors of production from economic of scale production factors is already in an efficient condition.
