This study aims to analyze the interaction and spatial linkage of the region with the hinterland region and its growth center. The analysis techniques used are Klassen Typology, Skalogram, Centrality Index, Gravity Analysis, and Moran's Index using LISA (Local Indicator Of Spatial Association). The results of this study show that the determination of the center of growth results from the analysis of the Centrality index, which shows that the North Barito Regency area has the highest interaction and has become a center of growth for the surrounding area. Based on the results of Gravity analysis in Central Kalimantan, it is known that areas that have strong linkages and are interdependent on each other are areas of North Barito Regency with Murung Raya, while other districts have weak interaction and linkage values to North Barito Regency. Based on the mapping results of the spatial linkage, the district or city of North Barito is the center of growth because the primary sector in the area has significant results, and the district or city of Seruyan has a significant spatial relationship in economic growth between districts in the secondary and tertiary sectors.
