This research is about factor of production and rice productivity. The reasearch aims to: (1) to find out how the implementation of rice farming in Muara Telang District, Telang Rejo Village, Banyusasin Regency, (2) to find out what factors affect the production of lowland rice farming and to find out how much influence the production factors have on productivity of rice farming in Muara Telang District, Telang Rejo Village, Banyusasin Regency. This research was conducted in Muara Telang District, Telang Rejo Village. The implementation of rice farming in Muara Telang District, Telang Rejo Village, Banyuasin Regency is carried out starting from land processing, planting, pest control, harvesting and ready for production. The method used in this research is a survey method. The sampling method used is simple random sampling method in which the number of samples is 60 samples. The data used is data taken directly from the field. In this study of rice farming using data seen from the growing season. The growing seasons used in this study were MT 1 (first growing season) and MT 2 (second growing season). The results of this study indicate that the production factors that affect the productivity of rice in MT 1 are labor and seeds, while in MT 2 the production factors that affect the productivity of lowland rice are labor, seeds and fertilizers. The influence of production factors on rice farming productivity in Muara Telang District, Telang Rejo Village, Banyuasin Regency is very influential, because in these production factors each variable has a relationship with other variables, so that it has an influence on productivity rice fields in Telang Rejo Village. In MT 1 (planting season one) the average revenue was IDR30.114.003/ha while on MT 2 (second planting season) the average revenue was IDR15.381.882/ha. In MT 1 (planting season one) the average income was IDR22.895.306/ha while on MT 2 (second planting season) the average income was IDR10.837.799/ha.
