This study aims to determine the effect of aggressive working capital behavior, moderate working capital behavior and conservative working capital behavior on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. Working capital behavior is proxied by using the Current Liabilities to Total Assets Ratio and profitability is proxied by Net Profit Margin. The sample of this study is 112 companies. Linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data. The results showed that the variables of aggressive working capital behavior and conservative working capital behavior had a significant negative effect on profitability, while the moderate working capital behavior variable had a significant positive effect on profitability.
