This research aims to know the implementation and impact of providing education and training on employee work performance at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The education and training are provided to add expertise conceptually, theoretically and morally to workers and improve overall work skills to contribute fully to company progress. This type of research is quantitative descriptive by using questionnaires in data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of education and training has succeeded in making a positive impact in improving the work performance of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang employees.
