Success in a business can be seen from the competency of the workforce and being able to increase the output produced so as to produce a workforce that fits the criteria the company needs. The ability to read and see opportunities is needed by companies, the ability (skills) and knowledge of employees is the key to the smooth running of a business due to increasingly advanced competition between industries while the rattan industry still relies on its traditional methods. This study aims to analyze the effect of labor wages, age, education level and work experience in the rattan industry in Palembang City. This study uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires, observations, and documentation with a total sample of 48 respondents. Sampling in this study used the calculation of Krijcie & Morgan with an analytical model using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study show that labor productivity can be explained by the variables of labor wages, age of labor, education level and work experience of 93.8 percent while the rest is explained by other factors not used in this study. Labor productivity in the rattan industry is dominantly influenced by labor wage variables of 0.0000 and others are influenced by labor age of 0.0273 and work experience of 0.0493.
