This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Trans Sriwijaya Logistics. The population in this study were all employees at PT Trans Sriwijaya Logistics using a sample of 39 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Trans Sriwijaya Logistik
