This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SD Negeri 79 Palembang. The population in this study were all teachers in SD Negeri 79 Palembang, totaling 36 people and sampling using saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study was primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study shows a correlation coefficient of 0.827, this indicates that Work Motivation has a strong relationship with the Performance of Teachers of SD Negeri 79 Palembang. In hypothesis testing, it is known that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at SD Negeri 79 Palembang.
