The objectives of this study were: (1) Analyzing the differences in the income of smallholder rubber farmers who join and do not join UPPB Maju Bersama in Marga Tunggal Village, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. (2) Analyzing the factors that influence smallholder rubber farmers to join or not join UPPB Maju Bersama in Marga Tunggal Village, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. (3) Identifying the biggest reasons for rubber farmers joining and not joining UPPB Maju Bersama in Marga Tunggal Village, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. This research was conducted in January 2022. The research method used was proportional stratified random sampling with a sample of 76 samples. The results of this study were (1). Farmers who join UPPB earn an average income of Rp. 18,155,318 per hectare per year while farmers who do not join UPPB earn an income of Rp. 15,863,527. There is a difference in income of IDR 2,291,791 per hectare per year. (2) The factors that influence farmers' decisions to join or not join UPPB Maju together are land area and farming income. Meanwhile, the factors that did not influence the farmer's decision to join or not join UPPB Maju Bersama were age, length of education, and farming experience. (3) The biggest reason for farmers to join UPPB Maju Bersama is the high selling price, facilities from the government, and trust. Meanwhile, the biggest reasons for farmers not joining UPPB Maju Bersama are being able to sell their bokar at any time, lack of capital, and the ease of getting loans.
