this study aims to eximine the role of work effectiveness on employee performance at PT Karya Demang Construction Palembang. The population of this study were all employees of PT Karya Demang Construction Palembang, totalling 36 people. this study uses primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires and the simple linear regression analysis method as a data analysis technique. the results showed that the role of effectiveness has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Karya Demang Construction Palembang
