This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on employee performance at the Talang Ubi District Office, Pali Regency. The population in this study were 52 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study used primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. Based on the results of the study, work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Talang Ubi District Office, Pali Regency. Efforts to improve employee performance, leaders should consider before placing employees based on educational background, work knowledge, work experience with job descriptions that will be charged to employees in new positions.
