Tidal lowland have an important role in supporting the improvement of national food security. Based on the productivity of land in tidal lowland areas, it is strongly influenced by problems with the physical condition of the land, which includes water status and soil fertility. In this study, we will observe what are the limiting factors and the level of land suitability suitable for corn cultivation in typology c tidal lowland in Mulia Sari. This research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023 in Mulia Sari, Tanjung Lago Banyuasin. The method used in this study is a detailed level survey and direct field observation. Based on the assessment of the land for typology C tidal swamp land, it is quite suitable for planting corn. The results of observations and analysis tests in the field and in the laboratory found that there were three limiting factors that belonged to the land suitability class S3 (Marginal Compliant).
