This study was to determine the digestibility quality of silage powder from palm fronds and rice bran supplemented with 2% vitamin B complex and 1% mineral mix in vitro. This research was carried out from August to September 2022 at the Animal Husbandry Laboratory of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University and carried out an analysis at the Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications including silage of palm fronds and rice bran powder as (P0), silage of palm fronds and rice bran powder supplemented with 2% vitamin B complex (P2), silage palm frond powder and rice bran supplemented with 1% mineral mix (P1). In this study it can be concluded that supplementation of Vitamin B Complex with a dose of 2% and Mineral Mix with a dose of 1% could increase the digestibility value of ADF from 48.25% (P0) to 93.74% (P1), NDF digestibility value from 57.57% (P0) to 73.18 (P1), and the hemicellulose digestibility value from 50.27% (P0) to 84.85% (P1).
