PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.) YANG DI APLIKASIKAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DARI LIMBAH CAIR TAHU PADA ULTISOL
Pakcoy is one of the plant species belonging to the mustard family with the Latin name Brassica Rapa L. Pakcoy has a smooth leaf structure, does not have leaf hairs and does not form a crop. The stalk of this plant is wide and sturdy, the leaves and veins are similar to mustard but thicker. This study aims to understand the growth and production of pakcoy plants which are applied liquid organic fertilizer from tofu liquid waste to ultisols. This research was carried out in a greenhouse and analysis was carried out in the Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility Laboratory, Soil Science Study Program, Soil Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research activity started from July to September 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replicates so there were 24 experimental units. The treatments in this study were A: 0 ml Liquid Organic Fertilizer tofu waste (control), B: Single fertilizer N, P, and K, C: 125 ml Liquid Organic Fertilizer tofu waste, D: 250 ml Liquid Organic Fertilizer tofu waste, E: 375 ml Liquid Organic Fertilizer tofu waste, F: 500 ml Liquid Organic Fertilizer tofu waste. The method of work carried out in the research was the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste, laboratory analysis activities, preparation of planting media, addition of NPK fertilizer, application, planting of pakcoy, maintenance, harvesting. In this study, the observed variables were leaf greenness, plant height growth, number of leaves, crown wet weight and shoot dry weight. The data obtained from the results of observations and measurements will be analyzed for diversity (ANOVA) using the F test at the 5% test level. If the calculated F is greater than the F table at the 5% test level, it means that the treatment has a significant effect, so it is continued with the 5% DMRT test to find out the differences between treatments. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu factory wastewater at different doses had no effect on the growth of plant height, number of leaves, wet and dry weight of shoots, but had a significant effect on the greenness of the leaves.
