This study aims to determine the effect of the use of plant regulators and types of cuttings material on the growth of yellow sage plants (Lantana camara L.). The research was conducted at Sekar Harum Ornamental Plant Depot, Ilir Barat I District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The research was conducted from November to January 2023. This study used the method of Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRBD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the various concentrations of growth regulators with 4 treatments namely R0 = Control, R1 = GRS 20 mg Rootone-F, R2 = GRS 40 mg Rootone-F and R3 = GRS 60 mg Rootone-F. The second factor is the use of cuttings material with 3 treatments, namely A1 = Upper cuttings, A2 = Middle stem cuttings and A3 = Lower stem cuttings. The data obtained were analyzed using the variance analysis test (ANOVA) by comparing the calculated F value with the F table at the 5% test level. If F count is significantly different, it will be tested with the 5% LSD further test. The parameters observed were the percentage of live cuttings (%), percentage of shoot growth (%), shoot length (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf greenness level (cm2), leaf area (cm2), leaf fresh weight (g), stem fresh weight (g) and root length (cm). The use of growth regulators in this study had no significant effect on all observation parameters, but the best results were obtained in the treatment of R3 GRS 60 mg / cuttings in the parameters of the percentage of live cuttings, the percentage of shoot growth, the level of leaf greenness and the fresh weight of the stem. The treatment of the origin of the cutting material using the middle part of the stem (A2) gave the best results and a very significant effect on the parameters of shoot length, number of leaves, leaf greenness, leaf area, leaf fresh weight, stem fresh weight and root length in yellow sage plants cuttings.
