This study aims to determine the effect of age, working hours and wages on the productivity of delivery couriers in Pangkalpinang City. This study used primary data collected through interview process and distributing questionnaires to 68 couriers from 5 goods delivery service companies in Pangkalpinang City selected through random sampling technique. The method used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that age does not significantly influence the productivity of the delivery couriers in Pangkalpinang City, working hours and wages have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the delivery courier couriers in Pangkalpinang City.
