EVALUASI KUALITAS KIMIA RANSUM BERBASIS RUMPUT BENTO MELALUI KOMBINASI DAUN LAMTORO DAN INDIGOFERA
This study aimed to determine the chemical quality of bento grass-based rations through a combination of lamtoro and indigofera leaves. The ration ingredients consist of bento grass, lamtoro leaves, indigofera leaves, rice bran, corn flour, tofu dregs, ultra minerals, urea and salt. The location of this research was carried out at the Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory, Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from July to September 2022. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments consisted of R0 (70% Leersia Hexandra + 30% concentrate), R1 (40% Leersia Hexandra + 30% concentrate + 30% lamtoro), R2 (40% Leersia Hexandra + 30% concentrate + 30% indigofera) and R3 (40% Leersia Hexandra + 30% concentrate + 15% lamtoro + 15% indigofera). The results showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P 0.05). The highest BK and BO contents were obtained by the R1 treatment with values of 82,64% and 77,34% respectively, the lowest in the R0 treatment with 80,24% and 74,39% respectively. The highest PK content was obtained by the R2 treatment at 17,72%, the lowest in the R0 treatment at 11.90%. The lowest SK content was obtained in the R2 treatment at 26,47% and the highest treatment in R0 at 34,69%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the combination of lamtoro leaves and indigofera based Leersia Hexandra can increase the nutritional value of the ration, the best treatment is obtained in the treatment of a combination of lamtoro leaves at 30%.
