This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, earnings per share, and sales growth on firm value. The independent variables in this study consist of capital structure, earnings per share, sales growth, while the dependent variable is firm value. This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The number of companies that are used as samples of this research are 22 companies for 4 years with purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS Version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and earnings per share have an effect on firm value, and sales growth has no effect on firm value.
