A mosque succeeds in prospering the ummah, if it is able to provide an atmosphere of kindness and is able to provide comfort for a ummah. Good management of finances and various mosque programs will have a very important impact on mosque governance. This makes the importance of good and correct management from the financial side of the mosque, as well as the importance of managing mosque programs and activities in order to achieve good mosque performance. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing how the governance is in terms of the performance and finances of SOE mosques in South Sumatra, namely the Jami' Bukit Asam Mosque, Al-Aqobah 1 Pusri Mosque, and the Darul Ridhwan Pertamina RU III Mosque. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques (In-dept Interview). Also in this study, data were analyzed using pattern matchmaking techniques. To test the validity of the data, data triangulation techniques were used. The results of this study indicate that the form of mosque financial management for the three mosques in this study has been managed properly and is in line with the concept of Islamic governance. From the management of the program and also the activities of the mosque, it shows that the three mosques in this study have managed the program and also the activities of the mosque well and are in line with the concept of Islamic Governance. And in terms of mosque accountability, the administrators/takmir of the mosque have implemented a good and clear mosque accountability mechanism that is in line with the concept of Islamic Governance
