This research aims to develop learning media based on the Powtoon Subtheme of My Friend's Plants in class VI of SD Negeri 159 Palembang that is practical and interesting. This type of research is RnD (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model which in this case only uses three stages, namely Analysis, Design and Development. The subjects in this study were 15 students of class VI A SD Negeri 159 Palembang. The results of this study are a powtoon-based learning media product with the results of learning media validation from material expert validators of 82% with the category "Very Valid", then received an assessment from the validation of design experts by 85% with the category "Very Valid" and received an assessment from expert validation of practitioners of 85.71% with the category "Very Valid". Thus the product has a validity of 87% with the category "Very Valid". Furthermore, this powtoon application-based learning media also obtained a practicality score obtained from the assessment of the response of phase I students of 88% with the category "Very Practical" and also obtained an assessment of the response of phase II students of 94.44% with the category of "Very Practical". Thus, the product has a practicality score of 93.33% with the category "Very Practical". This shows that powtoon-based learning media is feasible and can be used in learning in schools.
