STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA TEPUNG MOCAF KELOMPOK WANITA TANI GEMILANG II MELALUI ENGAGEMENT STAKEHOLDER DI KELURAHAN 2 ILIR PALEMBANG
The development of mocaf flour is expected to develop very well because seen from the availability of cassava as a raw material which is quite abundant so that mocaf production can be carried out continuously. The aims of this study are to: (1) Describe the process of fostering and engaging stakeholders in the development of the KWT Gemilang II mocaf flour business in Village 2 Ilir Palembang. (2) Measuring KWT Gemilang II Members' perceptions of stakeholder involvement in the mocaf flour business in Kelurahan 2 Ilir Palembang. (3) Determine the strategy for the development of KWT Gemilang II mocaf flour through stakeholder engagement in Kelurahan 2 Ilir Palembang. This research was conducted in Kelurahan 2 Ilir, Palembang City. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively (purposive sampling location). The data collection for this research was carried out in August 2022. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. The research method used is the census method. The data processing method used is descriptive tablative, class intervals and the SWOT method. The total population is 13 people and the sample is 13 people. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) The process of coaching and stakeholder involvement in the business of developing KWT Gemilang II mocaf flour with several indicators, namely stakeholders as decision makers and policies has a score of 11.77 or on high criteria, stakeholders as coordinators get a score of 11, 46 and stakeholders as facilitators with a score of 11.23 or on high criteria. All indicators obtained a total score of 34.46 or on high criteria which means that in the development of the Mocaf flour business there is a strategy with the involvement of the stakeholders themselves consisting of PT Pusri, the agricultural service, sub-districts, sub-districts and cooperative and MSME offices. (2) Perceptions of KWT Gemilang II members towards stakeholders and business development consist of. Internal factors consist of a positive response to the effort to develop Mocaf flour text. Very influential at 84.62% and stakeholder involvement is very influential at 69.23%. While external factors consisting of consumer interest in consuming Mocaf flour are very influential by 76.92% and equipment in processing Mocaf flour is very influential by 69.23%. (3) This mocaf flour business is located in quadrant 1 and the strategy that can be applied is SO (strenght-opportunities) strategy with alternatives including Procurement of modern equipment and expansion of sales network, Conducting promotions with the power of stakeholders, Collaboration with food MSMEs, Collaboration with raw material providers, Collaboration with various institutions for the socialization of healthy food raw materials.
