PERAN GURU DALAM MENCIPTAKAN LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR YANG EFEKTIF DI RUMAH TAHFIZH SYAFIAN HAFIYYA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This study aims to determine the role of teachers in creating an effective learning environment in the house of tahfizh Syafian Hafiyya, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation with 8 research subjects. The results of the study show that teachers have an important role in creating an effective learning environment. In the motivator indicator, teachers provide motivation through special activities such as muhasabah, muhadarah, horse riding, archery and activities with related parties given to increase student motivation. Then in the facilitator indicator, teachers have provided adequate facilities such as projectors, learning media books, and classics to support learning. In the teaching indicator, teachers at the house of tahfizh Syafian Hafiyya have also mastered the effective use of learning media such as posters, learning books, colored balls, and Arabic vocabulary cards. Furthermore, on the indicators of the organizer, teachers in tahfizh houses managed to create a good social environment by establishing good communication with fellow teachers and also with students. In the initiator indicator, this is shown by the training and debriefing provided by the foundation for teachers who teach at the tahfizh house, aiming to always create new ideas and increase the competence of teachers at the tahfizh house Syafian Hafiyya.
